Cook County Canine Unit
Many thanks to the Cook County Canine Unit for a wonderful show at our Dog Day Festival last weekend. It was nice to learn of the special bond a canine officer has with their four legged partner. They provided us with both an educational and an entertaining afternoon! Allan, your students in all of your training classes are great, but I must say thet have nothing on the Cook County Canine Unit. Good try Lefty, maybe someday!

Bring Your Dog To Work Day
Can you imagine walking into your invest firm and seeing a Border Collie behind the desk, ordering your iced lowfat, no whip, easy skim, no mix latte and having a bulldog slap it down on the counter! On June 26 hundreds of Business's will open their doors to participate in this wonderful day. It was started in 1999 to celebrate what great companions dogs make, and to encourage adoptions. Something to think about on the days we can't enjoy work with our favorite companions....
Next time you have a stressful day, and have to smile and agree even when you realize the other is wrong, think about how hard your faithful friend works 365 DAYS A YEAR TO MAKE YOU SMILE AND FEEL LOVED!! Here's to the unconditional love we always get from our furry friends!
